How do I exchange something?
OPTION 1: To ensure that you receive the exact items you would like, it's much easier for you to simply place an order our site and mail the items you would be exchanging back for a refund.
OPTION 2: You mail the item(s) you are exchanging back with detailed information regarding the item #, color and size you woule like instead. If the item(s) you request are unavailable, your credit card will be credited back less the original shipping charges.
Unfortunately, we can't guarantee availability of any size or color. If you've returned something for an exchange and it's no longer available, your account will be credited and you'll be notified via e-mail.
Will I be charged shipping if I make an exchange?
We will mail exchanges back to you free of charge however, if you make more than one exchange on the same order, you will be charged applicable shipping fees.
